Review: These pads block sweat and adhere to fabric. However, most of the shirts I wear are thin and I can see the outline of the pad through the shirt. So far I'm wearing them only with hoodies and sweat shirts. I would say these are not worth the price for me but they may work for people who usually wear shirts with thicker fabric.
